Condensate flash systems

All to often, we see that high pressure condensate is returned to the boiler room without any form of energy recovery. By allowing high-pressure condensate to relax first, a considerable amount of energy can be recovered in the form of flash steam. This flash steam can than be used beneficially in your low-pressure steam network. We can also further cool the condensate and use the energy released beneficially, as a result of which relaxation losses in your condensate become a thing of the past. We fully engineer and assemble our condensate flash systems on a skid. If skid construction is not possible, the system can also be assembled on-location.
